Business Development/Chamber Enhancement
	Governmental Affairs	To serve as a leading organization in advocacy for our members; with the primary focus on keeping members informed and represented at all government levels.
	Education	Pursue excellence in the community's education process thus developing a quality workforce through effective business involvement with school site-based decision making teams; business participation in educational activities.
	Golf Tournament	Organize, promote, and administer the Fall Golf Tournament which enables the members to socialize, which in turn raises funds to support the Chamber's community development programs.
	Workforce Development	To address the education and training needs of the community with emphasis on development of work readiness skills, technical training and recruitment/retention of "work ready" individuals
	Business Retention	Serve as a catalyst, which encourages community and regional partnerships that will stimulate commerce.
	Marketing	Review and develop methods of effective communication with thegeneral membership and community.
Chamber Enhancement
	Ambassadors	To serve as official hosts and goodwill representatives and develop a positive awareness of the Chamber
	Welcome Team	Members volunteer to accompany the Chamber staff and Ambassadors to Ribbon Cuttings for New Members.
	Leadership	Coordinate an educational training program designed to identify and develop emerging leaders and encourage them to become involved In the community.
Special Events & Tourism Division
	Fundraiser	Host an event which provides members and non-member's opportunities to socialize, which in turn raises funds to supportthe chambers economic and community development programs.
	Light Magic Map	To enhance the quality of life and promote economic development of our community through a major winter outdoor lighting festival during the month of December.
	Information Center	Promote tourism and create community interest by facilitating local information through diverse communication systems.
	Advertising & Promotion	Execute a publicity campaign that generates positive press coverage of the area in state and regional media outlets.
