For the Kids

Rally 'Round Greenville is a festival for the whole family.

While parents are listening to live music and shopping the vendor booths, there will be plenty of activities to keep the youngsters occupied in "Kids' Alley" two blocks east of the Courthouse at Market Square.

We'll have two days of contests, games, and giveaways, just for kids. They'll also enjoy our balloon artist, pony rides and train rides.

Join the YMCA basket Jam Session for kids 7 - 12 years old. There will be a skills clinic followed by a skills challenge on Saturday. The 3 on 3 basket ball tournament will be held on Sunday. Learn more.

Don't miss the Ice Cream Crank-Off event on Sunday (Sundae?). It's a fun family event where you can compete with your favorite homemade ice cream recipe (no egg recipes, please).

There will be plenty of other "Kids' Alley" Sunday events, including Tug-o-War, 3 legged races, pet tricks, and sack races.

When the kids (parents, too) have worked up an appetite having so much fun they can head for the food and drink concessions for all of the youngsters' favorite festival treats!
