Event Description: A member of the Country Music Hall of Famd and the owner of 17 #1 hits, the legendary Don Williams will celebrate the release of his new album with a visit to the historic Greenville Municipal Auditorium to headline the Kenneth Threadgill Concert Series. Between 1974 and 1991, Williams had at least one hit every year, including such country standards as “Good Ole Boys Like Me,” “It Must Be Love,” “Amanda,” “I Believe in You” and a hit duet with Emmylou Harris on Townes Van Zandt’s “If I Needed You.” Texas singer-songwriters Max Stalling and Matt Hillyer (1100 Springs) will open with an acoustic song swap.
